Last week McFly’s bassist Dougie Poynter confirmed that the band was working on some new music to present during their upcoming Anthology Tour.
There will be new McFly music. There’s a few ideas floating around already.
Needless to say, the fans were exhilarated to hear the news, seeing as the band hasn’t come out with new material since their fifth studio album Above the Noise, which was released back in 2010.
The Anthology Tour was initially scheduled for June 2016, but had to be postponed until September due to the drummer Harry Judd’s neck injury.
Haven’t grabbed your ticket yet? Fear not! Earlier today, McFly took to Twitter to announce that an extra 1000 tickets are now available, so hurry up and get yours here while you can!
