The Mighty JoJo Slays Our Souls With New Music Video

JoJo’s new music video, which was directed by Zelda Williams, has us feeling every single lyric of her song ‘Save My Soul’ even more than before.

The intense-driven scenery is all powerful but the music video means much more to JoJo as its a special tribute to her late father Joel Levesque. Unfortunately, he passed away just last year but JoJo remains stronger than ever.

She details in a note about the music video that “Losing my father at the end of last year and knowing the propensity for addiction of all kinds that runs deep in my blood from both sides makes it next-level important for me to LIVE – not just be alive, but THRIVE in his honor. Leaving the world her inspirational words about struggling and coping with a loss is mighty brave of JoJo and to create a music video that entails and pours in every ounce of emotion to a song that already has a great emotional tie, takes a lot of bravery and guts.
