Little Mix fans come to the rescue! After Jesy Nelson was recently attacked by vile haters on social media, the lovely fans quickly huddled a plan to flood Nelson’s latest Instagram picture with tons of hearts and “We Love You Jesy” commentary.

The onslaught seems to have appeared after Nelson made a normal comment on German radio regarding if Little Mix were to split. She stated:
“I think some people tend to leave groups and they realise it’s not all it’s cracked up to be on their own.”
Unfortunately, many regarded the comment as an attack on Zayn Malik for leaving boyband One Direction but that’s not the case. Earlier in the year, many rumors were circulating that Little Mix were going to split up soon and that Jesy had become a “recluse” according to the Mirror UK.
She made sure to shoot down those rumors in this recent interview by stating that they aren’t breaking up anytime soon.
All in all, Nelson simply explained already common knowledge. Sometimes people leave groups and that feeling of being in a group is obviously different than while being a solo artist. Something many past groups can attest to such as N’sync, Destiny’s Child, the Spice Girls, etc.
While these groups all eventually fully split up, they all led their own way into solo careers – and some into acting, broadway, etc. In the end, members like Kelly Rowland, Beyonce, Mel B, etc have expressed their positive attitudes towards being in such iconic groups and still do to this day.
