Chart-topping group N-Dubz are back with their fourth studio album, Timeless.
The brand new record, which was released on Friday, sees Tulisa, Dappy, and Fazer sing about issues including toxic relationships, mental health, and growing up in London, with fresh tracks that blend their classic N-Dubz sound with “current, modern-day production that has its ear to the musical zeitgeist”, a press release for the group states.
“Habibti”, is described as a Michael Jackson-inspired sexy summertime banger about the “back and forth that takes place over text at the opening stages of a new relationship”, “The Ick”, and the unguarded R&B ballad “Believe Me Now”.
N-Dubz earned early success and legendary status in the UK’s urban music scene with three consecutive platinum-selling albums: 2008’s Uncle B, 2009’s Against all Odds and 2010’s Love.Live.Life. The group have also won four MOBO awards, including Best Newcomer in 2007, and Best Album and Best UK Act in 2009 as well as being nominated for a BRIT Award.
Alongside the new album, the trio have went on to sell over 250k tickets with their UK arena tours and have played the iconic Ibiza Rocks opening weekend. Further shows have since been announced, including their hometown for a show in London’s Gunnersbury Park on August 11th alongside Tion Wayne and Venbee, as well as dates in Brighton, Belfast and Cardiff. Another UK arena tour has been teased for 2024.
Tulisa, Dappy and Fazer will also head up and down the UK for album signings and intimate performances.
Timeless is out now.
