Since quitting the X Factor earlier this year Cheryl has been hard at work in the recording studio working on the follow up to her 2014 hit album ‘Only Human’ and now the Geordie babe has confirmed that new music is on its way very soon.

The sexy singer decided to quit her role as judge on the X Factor earlier this year so she could focus on her own music career and since then the ‘I Don’t Care’ hitmaker has been teasing her ‘soldiers’ with studio selfie’s.

And now Cheryl has confirmed that her new record is almost complete and a new music video is coming soon.

Speaking to Hello! magazine at the Cannes film festival earlier this month Chezza said: “I’ve been away in LA recording music and hope to shoot a video soon”.

In 2014 Cheryl broke chart records with her singles ‘Crazy Stupid Love’ and ‘I Don’t Care’ which both topped the charts making her the first British female to ever score five number 1 singles.

Her other tracks to top the charts were; ‘Fight For This Love’, ‘Promise This’ and ‘Call My Name’.

Despite the huge success of the singles and albums the former X Factor judge decided against a tour as she was too busy with her role on the talent show, but now she has cut ties with the programme fans will be hoping to see the brunette beauty hit the road with her new materiel.

You can read Cheryl’s full interview in Hello! magazine which is out now.
