    Concerts are one of the best experiences ever. Helping those who are less fortunate than you is one of the most rewarding things ever. So what happens when you mix the two together? A night of some of the best unsigned music around to raise funds for building a new classroom in a run down African town is what.

    Paris O’Keeffe has set up a concert that is to take place in October to help raise funds for the African Adventure Trip. She will travel overseas later in October to join a team of youngsters and volunteers to build a classroom.

    We contacted Paris, and she told CelebMix this:

    “I am so excited for the night and grateful to all the acts involved. They have made this all possible. The trip is so important to me as I will be faced with the harshness children and families have to deal with everyday. I think it will be a real eye opener and make me be a lot more grateful of simple things like a bar of chocolate as that would mean the world to the children over there”.

    The concert has an incredible line up, with some of the coolest bands around volunteering their time to perform at this show. The line-up is as follows;

    Next Stop Mars,
    Big Jacket Band
    Four A.M
    Jessica Alice
    Jake Skingle.

    Next Stop Mars, one of the acts announced.

    The concert will be taking place on 1st October 2017, at the Portland Arms in Cambridge. Tickets are only £10.50 and the event promises to be an incredible night of music, fun and love. And all for the incredible cause.

    We don’t know what is more exciting, watching Next Stop Mars perform again, seeing some other incredible artists that we love taking the stage, or doing this all and helping build a better future for others.

    Tickets are available from here, and you can keep up to date with everything from A.A Fundraising Fest on their Twitter.
