Louis Tomlinson; a name that’s been in the media a lot this year. Some of you know him because he’s part of One Direction, some of you only know him because of rumors that started in July. Some of you know him as the bad boy of the band, the newest lethario with a one track mind; but those of us who really know him, know he’s a hero.
He has proven that true once more with his latest support to charity. Kent Online broke news today that laid groundwork for Louis to release an official statement soon supporting his new endeavor; being a voice The Stacey Mowle Appeal.
The Stacey Mowle Appeal was started as a drive to raise money for a girl from Gravesend as she battled relapsed Neuroblastoma. Stacey met Louis, Harry, Liam, and Niall in 2013 and took a piece of Louis’ heart in the time they spent together. Sadly, Stacey finished her battle on earth in March of 2015 after fighting cancer for 5 years.
Louis was said to be her favorite member of the band, although she loved them all, after they shared their interest of football together. Upon news of her passing Louis and his mum sent flowers to her family as a sign of condolence. So when he was asked to be a voice for the charity it was an easy decision for him to do so.
The Stacey Mowle Appeal Facebook has said there is going to be a huge press release planned soon that gets us all involved and brings more attention to their mission.
