One Direction are global superstars and the biggest boyband in the world. They have millions of fans worldwide. One Direction- what does that name to you? To many it means very little, but to a lot of dedicated fans it means the absolute world. Whether you have been a fan from the beginning or you are a more recent joiner, no doubt they mean everything to you.
The boys are incredibly charitable and do a lot for various charities and organisations, helping raise awareness and money for seriously ill children and important causes worldwide. Aside from that, I have found One Direction have a significant impact on my Mental Health. As a sufferer of Anxiety and Depression, among other things, in some really tough and dark places, when I was ready to give up, their music brought me out of it. The lyrics, the melodys, everything. Without going into details and boring you all, One Direction saved my life in more ways than one. Without them I wouldn’t be here writing this article for you all today.
The boys deserve all the respect in the world for everything that they do. They do it for the fans. Through being fans of One Direction people have found lifelong friends and relationships. This fandom has opened up so many doors for so many people, we really are a family. When times are tough we can all rally together and help one another. We are so powerful, we can do anything we set our minds too and work hard at!
Just one last thing from me, I am eternally thankful to One Direction for saving my life. Thank you doesn’t even cut it, nothing ever will! I owe my life to those boys. Without them there would be no me. But without all of you fans, who got the boys where they are today, there would be no One Direction! I guess what im trying to say is I owe my life and my happiness to every single one of you who have ever supported One Direction in any way possible. I love every single one of you with all of my heart.
