Once an Avenger, always an Avenger.
The Avengers cast just can’t stop giving us the feels. While we won’t go into details about the latest Avengers: Infinity War… we can discuss happier times off screen and with our favorite cast members.
In an exclusive interview with EW, our favorite Iron Man, Robert Downey Jr, revealed five out of the six original Avengers got a tattoo together. In case you were wondering who skipped out, it was Mark Ruffalo and in his place was the actual tattoo artist, Joshua Lord, who branded the five. Downey Jr goes on to say, “It was (Scarlett) Johansson’s idea, and she and (Chris) Evans did it in New York. Then, their New York guy, Josh Lord, who is amazing, flew out to LA, he did me, did (Jeremy) Renner, and then we just bullied (Chris) Hemsworth into doing it, and he got it.”
Pictures or it isn’t real, right? Well of course! Since we all weren’t actually there in the room (we can only dream!), luckily there was social media proof on the star’s Instagram page!
No bad blood IRL between Iron Man and Captain America. Downey Jr writes, “And last but not least to the #firstavenger by brother #ChrisEvans ‘Now we are one…'”
Looks like we need to make a trip to get tatted by Joshua Lord whom, according to People, has worked with a few other big names such as Cate Blanchett, Jaimie Alexander, and Susan Sarandon!
BRB, we’re not crying. You’re crying.
