Walker Stalker Con is one of the best and intimate zombie and horror themed conventions, and we were lucky enough to attend one of the New Jersey dates at The New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center on December 10th! (The event was also on December 9th.)
The purpose of the event is for fan’s to gain access to meet celebrity guests from their favorite zombie, horror, and sci-fi films/television shows. There’s even a bunch of fun merch such as The Walking Dead themed pillows and clothes, a variety of autographs, comics, jewelry, Funko Pops, posters, paintings, and much much more. On the day we went, some of the panels featured were:
- Sasha and Abraham – Sonequa Martin-Green & Michael Cudlitz

Negan – Jeffrey Dean Morgan

A cosplay contest.
During these panels, fans got the opportunity to learn information from their favorite people on stage as they tell stories and as fans asked questions from the crowd. During Michael’s panel, one of the most memorable moments was when he taught the crowd how to defend themselves from someone attacking them by showing it physically on stage. (Photos can be seen in the gallery below.)
During Jeffery’s panel, one of the cutest moments was when a little girl was able to ask him a question as well as give him a cookie she brought him. We’re pretty sure that little girl’s day was made, because Jeffery clearly showed how much he loved the small gift that she said she spent her own money on.
Although Norman Reedus couldn’t attend the event this time, Jeffery sent a video of the audience during his panel to Norman which made the crowd go crazy. He also did the famous whistle that Negan does! (Seen below.)
