Pop icons PinkPantheress and Zara Larsson have unveiled the highly anticipated visual for their ‘Stateside’ remix.
Directed by Charlotte Rutherford, the visual is a battle of the aesthetics: PinkPantheress’ tartan and London-inspired ‘Fancy That’, versus Zara’s retro ‘Midnight Sun’ sparkle.
Both girls are known for their trademark styles and begin as mannequins in their own shop windows, before taking on each other’s looks throughout the video. We may only be weeks into 2026 but the girls are setting the standard for the next 12 months and we’re already pinning ‘Stateside’ down as a potential music video of the year!

‘Stateside’ was originally taken from PinkPantheress’ album Fancy That, which was released in May 2025. However, in October she released an updated remix album called Fancy Some More? which featured a host of collaborations with artists including JADE, Kylie Minogue, Sugababes, and of course, Zara.
The track has since taken on a life of its own, recently making its debut on the Billboard Hot 100 and going viral on TikTok. Thanks to this nostalgic video, we predict even higher heights for ‘Stateside’ across the globe!
