As one of the UK’s most iconic and celebrated female recording artists, multifaceted entertainer Lulu has the kind of career most performers can only dream of! And now, after 60 years in showbiz, the ‘I Could Never Miss You (More Than I Do)’ singer is keen to share some of lessons she’s learnt on her brand new podcast Turning Points.

In this brand-new project, Lulu sits down with guests to discuss the pivotal moments in their lives that have shaped them into the people they are today – their turning points

The first episode, is set to be released on Spotify on Wednesday February 26th, and will see Lulu chat with fellow UK legend Boy George.

Additional guests to feature on the pod, produced by the award-winning production company Whistledown in partnership with Spotify, include Brian Cox, John Legend, Michelle Visage, Richard E. Grant, Kristin Scott Thomas, Anastacia and more.

“Whistledown is delighted to be working with Lulu on the Turning Points podcast,” Whistledown Managing Director David Prest said via press release. “She’s a real powerhouse of the entertainment industry who has been there, done it and survived it – and she brings a bucketload of experiences and empathy to all these encounters”.

Lulu’s many achievements span generations and include winning Eurovision, performing as the theme singer for Bond, releasing the best-selling record in the United States (‘To Sir With Love’ 1967), and being one of the first pop artists to perform in Poland behind the Iron Curtain.

She also received an OBE, opened the closing ceremony for the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, peaked at number one with the biggest boyband since The Beatles, and continues to be a captivating live performer after selling out her Champagne for Lulu tour last year.

As the brilliant gem in our entertainment cultural crown, Lulu is fiercely and proudly hailed in the UK as one of our most valuable pop idols.
