Tara Macri, the singer-songwriter with one of the best pop voices around, has released her newest single “Home”. The beautiful ballad is a personal song that is bound to make any listener’s heart break and repair in a single beat. The single, which has just been released, is bound to be your personal favorite and ours too.
“Home” has a list of all-stars behind the gorgeous song. It’s is co-written by Jaylene Johnson whose work has been featured on everything from “Pretty Little Liars” to “Degrassi: Next Generation” and mixed/produced by superstar Daryn Barry who has worked with everyone from Katy Perry to Imagine Dragons.
The song itself is beautiful and simplistic with Tara’s gorgeous vocals, the piano, and the haunting sound of the cello. The lyrics are what drives “Home”. The positive message of love, inspiration, and longing for someone we’ve lost it makes it hard to not to hold on to such a beautiful song.
Tara has even dedicated the song to Mental Health Month.
