No more secrets.
That is exactly what the stars of Pretty Little Liars agreed to during their appearance on Thursday’s episode of The Ellen Show, promoting the show’s final season.
Although the cast (Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, Sasha Pieterse, Shay Michell and Troian Bellisario) could not reveal much about PLL’s 10 remaining episodes, they did say that the ongoing journey with A is no longer a private affair.
“Usually, there’s a discussion with the publicist right before. There’s a list of things you can talk about and can’t talk about,” Hale added, sharing that the girls are thoroughly media-trained before each season. “And basically all we can say is ‘you’ll have to see.'”
Degeneres also asked the five about their fresh ink, as well as who triggered the spontaneous decision.
“I thought that it was a good idea to get tattoos because it’s been seven years. And we always do the iconic ‘shh,’” Benson shared about the permanent markings of their beloved characters.
Following the formal interview, the cast participated in the “12 Day Challenge.” DeGeneres put the co-stars to the test to see if they could successfully throw paper airplanes at a target. If one made it through, the studio audience would be invited back for one of the host’s future “12 Days Of Giveaways” tapings.
PLL returns to Freeform for its final run on Tuesday, April 18 at 8PM. The show will be followed by the debut of creator I. Marlene King’s newest series, Famous in Love starring Bella Throne.
