    Check out the official promo for the Eurovision Song Contest 2017

    The official promo for the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 has finally been released.

    The promo video shows a welcome message from the host country Ukraine; inviting people across the world to be part of the celebration. The girl in the video says,

    Come to Ukraine, let’s rejoice in our diversity.

    The theme for this year’s contest is “Celebrate Diversity” and is well depicted in the promo. The basis of the song comes from Shakira’s “Try Everything” song which was released as part of the Zootropolis/Zootopia soundtrack. Nastia Bahinska sings the song in the promotional video; she was a finalist on the Ukranian version of The Voice Kids. Check out the beautiful promo video below:

    This year, the contest will held in Kiev, Ukraine. The country, famous for its beaches, beautiful tourist attractions and The Tunnel of Love, will be hosting the contest for the second time.

    The semi-finals will take place on 9 May and 11 May, with the Grand Final taking place in just two weeks time on 13 May 2017.

    Last year, Ukraine won the competition with Jamala’s song “1944”. But who will win this time? Tweet us your favourite Eurovision 2017 act @CelebMix.
