Saturday at the San Diego Comic Con saw the release of the newest trailer for the Justice League movie. Justice League is a superhero team up that has been promised since the set up of DCEU and the fans have finally been gifted with that promise.
In the trailer, everybody is still in mourning over Superman’s death and it’s up to the rest of the League to face Steppenwolf and his army of Parademons. The trailer shows Wonder Woman kicking some butt as per usual and taking on a machine gun wielding group of theives. As Joss Whedon has taken over as director, he has made sure Wonder Woman is front line with the rest. The Flash and Cyborg are the rookies. A horrifying crime is going down at Arkham Asylum and we get to see Aqua Man’s fabulous hair under water. So much is going off in the trailer regarding Steppenwolf, he’s about to give the Justice League one hell of a fight and if it’s not enough to fight on the ground, he’s about to take it under sea to Atlantis too. The ending of the trailer may get you on the edge of your seat when Alfred greets a mystery person who wears what seems to be a red cape. If you look closely enough, you will see the hint of a green light reflecting off of Alfred’s glasses… What’s all that about?!
With Wonder Woman beating Deadpool at box office sales with $764 million, Justice League definitely has a lot to live up to. However, with Wonder Woman in the movie and her popularity being so high right now, she will definitely be one or the main reason why this movie could become a huge success.
