Justin has kept his ‘beliebers’ waiting for new music with a 30 day countdown, but earlier today the new song had its first radio play.
The track went down well with Justin’s fans, with them singing his praises on Twitter.
In the past few years Bieber’s private life has been in the headlines, but now the 21 year old is letting his music do the talking.
‘What Do You Mean?’ Starts with a catchy Tik Tok sound in the background, before going into a RnB beat with Justin’s vocals sounding better than they have in recent years.
It is Bieber’s best track since the brilliant ‘As Long As You Love Me’
