Skallee & Wagz Drop “Feel The Same,” feat. Oscar Duke

UK production duo Skallee & Wagz team up with vocalist, influencer, and London socialite Oscar Duke on their new single, “Feel The Same.”

Skallee & Wagz, aka Tim Laws and Toney White, have collaborated with the crème de la crème of artists. Tim’s resume includes working with Stevie Wonder, Babyface, Gabrielle, Lighthouse Family, Liberty X, Take That, and The Spice Girls, while Toney has performed as DJ at the world’s elite venues.

Skallee & Wagz’s previous hits include “Same Page,” “Green Light,” and “Kiss & Makeup,” along with two EPs of tantalizing remixes.

On his part, Oscar Duke is renowned in London for his artistic talent. From a family of performers, Oscar is the nephew of Sir Ben Kingsley and Dame Penelope Wilton. Thus, performing runs in his blood.

“Feel The Same” opens on ebullient colors rolling into a disco-flavored dance melody topped by swirling layers of color. The rhythm, infectious from the get-go, rides a thumping kick-drum, snapping percussion, and a fat, vibrating bassline.

Oscar’s plush tenor imbues the lyrics with quixotic flavors, sensuous and evocative. Radiant harmonies give the tune glowing dimension and luminous depth. Shimmering, string-filled breakdowns shift the harmonics as the leitmotifs of disco, house, and pop auras infuse the song with driving, alluring energy.

As the song proceeds and builds with resonance, additional layers of shiny coloration and lustrous textures enter, imbuing the tune with wickedly enticing surfaces. Along with the pulsating beat, the combination of zesty sonic tangs delivers not only a contagious earworm but galvanizing momentum guaranteed to get listeners moving to the groove.

Bright, addictive, and brimming with enthralling oomph, “Feel The Same” pumps out oodles of dynamism, capped by Oscar Duke’s magnetic voice.
