President Obama turned 55 this weekend and his birthday party sounds like it was a night to remember!
First Lady Michelle Obama threw her husband a private event at the White House to celebrate his last birthday there.
But, as well as family and friends, there were quite a few famous faces who turned up to help the POTUS commemorate turning 55.
A rep for the White House sent out a statement: “The First Lady is hosting a 55th birthday celebration for the President at the White House.”
“The guest list includes a large number of family members and friends to mark the occasion.”
It has been reported that the big names who attended the party included Beyoncé, Jay Z, Sarah Jessica Parker, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia De Rossi, Usher, Jennifer Hudson, Kendrick Lamar, Stevie Wonder and a lot more!
Wow, that sounds like a party we would have loved to have been at!

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and Vice President Joe Biden were reportedly also there as well as other political figures.
Not many of the party guests actually confirmed their appearance at the party but some did take to their social media accounts to share pictures before and after the event.
White House journalist April Ryan snapped a selfie with Ellen DeGeneres as they left the party, confirming her attendance.
April also confirmed that Usher and Stevie Wonder had performed for the POTUS as well as confirming that the rapper Common had attended.
Nick Jonas also tweeted out about the event, obviously taking a break from touring with Demi Lovato. His tweet made us so jealous!

Actor Samuel L Jackson also turned up to celebrate. He did not confirm whether he attended or not on his own social media.
But Magic Johnson snapped a picture over on his Instagram account which also showed the actor and LaTanya Richardson.
The star-studded birthday bash was paid for with the family’s personal funds, a White House representative told People magazine.
On Obama’s actual birthday, last Thursday, Michelle Obama took to her Instagram and shared a very touching photo of her and her husband, sharing a sweet moment together.
She wrote underneath: “55 years young and that smile still gets me every single day. Happy birthday, Barack. I love you.”
How adorable!
We reckon our invite got lost in the mail…
