It’s nearly time to head back to the ballroom, as the full line-up for Strictly Come Dancing 2024 has finally been revealed!
After months of wild speculation, and weeks of teasing, the BBC have today (August 12th) revealed the group of celebrities set to take part in 21st series of the nation’s favourite dancing show.

- Shayne Ward – Actor and singer
- Sarah Hadland – Actress
- Jamie Borthwick – Actor
- Tom Dean MBE – Three-time Olympic swimming champion
- Montell Douglas – Gladiator and Olympian
- Nick Knowles – Bafta-winning TV presenter
- Paul Merson – Former footballer and broadcaster
- Sam Quek – Olympic and European Gold medallist, former England and Team GB hockey player and now a TV and Radio Presenter
Strictly Come Dancing will return to BBC One and BBC iPlayer this autumn, with what promises to be another spectacular series of glitz, glamour and unforgettable performances with the brand new season promising to be extra special as Strictly turns 20!
Made by BBC Studios Entertainment Productions, the beloved show, which recently won in the ‘Best Entertainment’ category at the 2024 Bafta TV Awards, will be presented by Tess Daly, who has presented during every series since the very first back in 2004, alongside the ever faithful Claudia Winkleman in the famous ballroom.
Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel-Horwood and Anton Du Beke will all return as judges.
Aside from a brand new season, fans and loyal viewers of the show are in for an extra special 20th birthday treat, as an unmissable one-off programme will also be coming to BBC One and iPlayer that promises a journey “through 20 years of unforgettable entertainment” featuring iconic performances and plenty of heart-warming interviews with past celebrity stars, professional dancers, and judges too.
The programme will showcase why Strictly Come Dancing has captured the hearts of the nation for the past 20 years as one of the BBC’s best known and well-loved programmes.
