Talulah-Eve teams up with Leigh- Anne Pinnock for In ‘A’ Seashells campaign

Britains Next Top Model star Talulah-Eve has been recruited by Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock to front an unairbrushed campaign for her swimwear company In ‘A’ Seashells Resorts ‘20 collection. This is a fashion first, with Talulah being the first transgender model to front a swimwear campaign.

In ‘A’ Seashell has unveiled an empowering campaign of four very different women, all women of colour, with four very different stories (disability, Burns victim, plus size and transgender), allowing their individuality to take centre stage. This is the swimwear campaign that we have been waiting for, showing “anybody is a beach body”.

The campaign’s focus is on the inspiring woman who wears the brand. “We wanted to create a campaign that was going to resonate with all women! We used four incredibly brave, strong and inspiring girls each standing for a message so empowering. We wanted to show that by just being you is enough and to own who you are and embrace the fact that your uniqueness is what makes you shine! And #LIKESEASHELLS We are ALL beautiful, ALL unique, each with a story to tell! This week we will be sharing each girls stories and their journeys to self love and acceptance. We are so proud and honoured to have such empowering women be apart of our campaign and cannot thank them enough for helping us to inspire everyone that wears INASEASHELL “

Talulah’s campaign story is labelled “This is my confidence” and in it she discusses how to be confident in yourself, and little things you can do to build up your own self-love.

Talulah made television history, as Britain’s Next Top Model’s first and only transgender contestant. With the show airing in 65 countries across 5 continents, she quickly captivated viewers around the world and established herself as the no-nonsense quick-witted face of the show, responsible for bringing in some of their highest audiences to date.

Talulah-Eve’s High Summer campaign with Forever Unique was the first ever UK fashion campaign fronted by a transgender model. It subsequently became the only talent-led campaign to have been shortlisted for Best Fashion Campaign at the prestigious Drapers Awards.
She’s cemented her fashion credentials further, by being the only transgender model to walk at London Fashion Week for three consecutive seasons, opening for Giles Deacon and walking for couture designers Pierre Garroudi, Cause Perdue and Nina Naustdal.
Let us know at @CelebMix if you love Talulah-Eve’s campaign story for In A Seashell as much as we do!
