Christmas is definitely the most magical time of the year!
On Monday (Dec.26), 96-year-old Cyrus Porter received a Christmas surprise when Taylor Swift and her parents showed up to his home in New Madrid, Mo.
And not only did she take selfies, but also whipped out her guitar for an acoustic performance of “Shake It Off” and several other hits for a more than an hour private show — as Porter and 60 of his relatives watched and danced.

During the surprise home visit, the veteran gave Swift a tour of his WWII memorabilia and newspaper clippings.
“My Popo was ecstatic! He was grinning from ear to ear and even had tears in his eyes,” – family member Caroline Fowler shared with E! News
“The first thing he said to her was ‘How did you get here?’ He loved every moment. He told her how he was proud of his family, his country, and Taylor Swift!”

“I guess Taylor and a WWII veteran – I know they don’t go together.” – He told WBTV News
“Look what she does, she puts on a show no one else puts on. I just liked the way the way she did stuff.” – he added
