Just a few months after the socially charged ‘Street Livin’, The Black Eyed Peas are set to raise another important message in their newest release ‘Ring The Alarm’.

The group’s Twitter account first posted a 14-second clip on Wednesday morning (16th May) and the subject of the song looks to be centered around revolution.

@BEP is not just a hiphop music group…we are philanthropist & contributors to society…stay tuned for our new song #RingTheAlarm we’re we passionately discuss #rEVOLution & what it takes to #wakeUP!!! pic.twitter.com/Gr8h4DFWD2

Interestingly enough, the track is set to come in three parts although it’s unclear if they will all be released together, or in the same formats. The track will be released on Friday so if you’re as intrigued as we are, then be sure to follow @bep on Twitter.

We cannot wait for this. The Black Eyed Peas regularly show awareness not just in their socially conscious raps but as individuals and the projects they have involved themselves in outside of their music.
