Remember those videos that featured Niall, Harry, Louis, Zayn, and Liam in cartoon form?
“The Adventurous Adventures of One Direction” is a mini cartoon series created by Mark Parsons, and both the videos and Mark himself have become very famous among the Directioner fandom.
In May of 2012, Mark released the first video of the series, simply called “The Adventurous Adventures of One Direction”. It’s all about the boys of One Direction taking a mission from Simon Cowell, with the goal of saving the world from Lord Faptaguise. There are plenty of jokes inside the short episode, though a lot of them can only be understood by people in One Direction’s fandom. This makes the videos even more appeasing to Directioner viewers. As of now, it has been watched over forty million times. See it down below.
After the successful of the first video, Mark went on to create another, and released it in March 2013. Keeping it simple yet again, he titled it “The Adventurous Adventures of One Direction 2”. Once again, Mark delivered with amazingly funny inside jokes, as well as a slapstick sort of comedy even non-Directioners can enjoy. You can also see that one below.
In 2014, there were no videos added to Mark’s mini series. In 2015, we made it nearly eleven months without a sign of another episode. Most of us thought the series was gone. Luckily, just a couple days before December, Mark uploaded this video to his YouTube channel.

That’s right; cartoon Niall, Harry, Liam, Louis, and even Zayn are back.
Over the month of December, Mark will be uploading parts of “The Adventurous Adventures of One Direction 3”, which involves the boys saving Christmas. Since it’ll be in twelve parts, Mark called it “The 12 Days of The Adventurous Adventures of One Direction 3”. They’ll be released on the following days.
