It was The Voice UK’s semi finals on Saturday (March 31) and after a strong performance by each of the eight contenders, the public chose their favourites in an eight minute flash vote.
Coincidentally enough, one act from each coach has made it into the finals next week. Judging by last night’s performance standard, it’s anyone’s game.
First to make it through was 18-year-old Ruti Olajugbabe from Team Tom.
27 year old Lauren Bannon from Team Olly Murs was chosen next.
16 year old Donel Mangena from Team Will danced his way into the finals.
Belle Voci, consisting of Emily, 25 and Sophie, 26, will be representing Team Jennifer Hudson during next Saturday’s finale.
