Tiffany Hwang Gives Off Synthpop Boldness On Track ‘I Just Wanna Dance’

Girls’ Generation member Tiffany Hwang goes solo and effortlessly shines on new track ‘I Just Wanna Dance’ which comes from her main body of work (EP) of the same name.

Filled with electro-pop, synth-pop and a mighty R&B influence, Hwang separates herself from other solo female acts by combining these genres and showcasing vulnerability through her lightly edged voice. The iTunes and Spotify bonus track ‘What Do I Do’ (English Version) shows off her vocals in a nice way with perfect enunciation. Critics even compared songs like ‘What Do I Do’ to works from Ariana Grande and Mariah Carey.

In addition, the video for ‘I Just Wanna Dance’ showcases her choreography expertise.

On the Global Spotify/iTunes rankings list, Tiffany’s album reigns at #1 in Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam – followed by top 10 spots in countries such as Singapore, Indonesia and Japan.

In fact, just three days after her release the album was spotted in the top 50 on U.S. iTunes as well as in Canada and Mexico. The young starlet obviously has international fans and her work with Girls’ Generation is only a small portion of what she is capable of as a K-pop artist/singer.

Overall, we think she is on the right track! Congratulations Tiffany on a new debut single, album and of course musical journey. Wishing you all the best!
