A week ago today Taylor Swift released her seventh album Lover and to celebrate this next week Apple stores in London will be holding special instore remix sessions for fans to get involved with. Fans will be able to create their own unique remixes of Taylor’s single You Need To Calm Down and we love how much fun this sounds!
The events will take place at the London Regent Street stores on 6th, 7th, 8th and 11th September and the Covent Garden store on 10th September. Attendees will be able to not only create their own remixes of the track but also find out more about Taylor’s latest album which saw her breaking Apple Music records including becoming the most pre-added pop album of all time. Today Lover also became Taylor’s fourth UK Number One album following the success of Red, 1989 and Reputation.
Music Lab: Remix sessions show the power of the iPhone and GarageBand in creating a new musical work of art by deconstructing and reshaping the track. Apple have also held remix sessions for tracks by Billie Eilish (session details can be found here) and previously Madonna.
For further details and to sign up for a session head to the Apple website here.
