Top Of The Pops Announce Christmas And New Year Line-Up

Christmas wouldn’t be the same without some great festive TV and Top Of The Pops Christmas and New Year special are memorable highlights. The BBC has announced the line-ups for both the shows which feature the biggest hits and most successful artists of 2018.

Hosted by Fearne Cotton and Clara Amfo, the Christmas special which will be shown on Christmas Day will look back on 2018’s year in music. The line up includes Anne-Marie, Clean Bandit, Freya Ridings, George Erza, Jax Jones & Ina Wroldson, Jess Glynne, Jonas Blue with Liam Payne & Lennon Stella, Rita Ora, Rudimental with Jess Glynne & Dan Caplen, Sigrid, Tom Walker and Zara Larsson. What a line-up!

But that’s not all as on the New Year show we will see the likes of Anne-Marie, B Young, Christine and the Queens, Clean Bandit, George Ezra, Jess Glynne, Jonas Blue and Jack & Jack, Lewis Capaldi, Mabel, Tom Grennan, Tom Odell & Rae Morris and Years & Years taking to the TOTP stage. We will also find out the last number one of the year leading us into another great year of music. With such big names on the show including the singers behind some of our favourite 2018 hits; George Ezra and Anne-Marie, we’re looking at you! We can’t wait for a good old singalong during our favourite time of the year.

Fearne Cotton says about the show: “Top of the Pops has become a special annual tradition for many and I can’t wait to be back with Clara watching some of the biggest names in pop perform their big hits of the year!

Whilst co-host Clara Amfo added: “Getting to present the television that we’ve all watched as kids will never not be a joy for me and I’m so very happy to be back with Fearne for TOTP this festive season, see you from your sofa!
