It seems to be the best time for Laurie Hernandez. This year, the team USA gymnast won gold at 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio. Now, the sports star is getting to meet her favorite artists and celebrities. Indeed, dreams come true.
The gymnast didn’t just win our hearts, but also the hearts of some of her favorite celebrities after she won the medal. The Lucky One star Zac Efron flew to Rio to meet Laurie and her teammates. Also, The Voice coach Adam Levine sent her a beautiful message which she saw when she met Ryan Seacrest.
Now, Hernandez got a chance to meet her favorite artist Tori Kelly. On Saturday, Laurie was performing with her teammates at Staples Center stage as a part of Kellogg’s Tour of Gymnastics Champions. She encountered the singer when she was hanging out backstage before the show.

In past, when Laurie met Ryan, she told him that Tori Kelly is her favorite artist and most of her playlist is filled with Kelly’s songs. The singer was quick to reciprocate the affection. During the meet, both of them had a fun time.
Later, Laurie shared the moments with her fans. In a series of small videos, she told her fans how it felt to meet the artist you’ve been listening to for so long.
