Just wanted to write a little something…

‘Alive’ marks a very different music sound from previous music released by the band – made up of members JJ Hamblett, Jaymi Hensley and Josh Cuthbert.
The track is the perfect summer release, and has a fantastic, upbeat rhythm throughout the track.
‘You make me feel like I’m alive.’
Union J first appeared on ‘The X Factor’ back in 2012, with George Shelley later being added to the line-up. After coming off the show, the band released singles such as ‘Carry You,’ ‘Beautiful Life,’ and more. The band also released two studio albums in their time together as a four-piece.
George Shelley decided to leave the band after his stint on reality TV show ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’, focusing more on solo ventures.
Casey Johnson, former member of Stereo Kicks, who appeared on ‘The X Factor’ in 2014, joined the band. He left the band, bringing Union J back to their original line-up.
After not releasing music for such an extended period of time, ‘Alive’ is the perfect comeback single, and we can’t wait to hear more new music from the band!
The trio also shared a preview of the music video for the track:
