British country music superstars Ward Thomas ended this week by teasing fans about a special announcement and yesterday afternoon (November 3rd) twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy finally revealed their exciting news to their awaiting fans.
After posting their intriguing Instagram post the record breaking twins who last year became the first ever Brit country music act to score a number 1 album on the Official Album Chart when their ‘Cartwheels‘ LP topped the charts, announced that they will be playing a special one-off show at the G Live in Guildford.
Taking to Instagram to confirm the exciting news Ward Thomas wrote; “So we have added another show in December!!! We will be returning for a home show at G Live, Guildford !!! Joining us will be our great friend @officialsarahdarling !! We will be playing a few BRAND BRAND NEW songs, and maybe the odd Christmas cover… !!! Tickets are on sale NOW!! The new December show will take place a day before their special Christmas gig on December 7th at the Sage in Gateshead where they will be supported by UK folk/country trio Wildwood Kin. Concert goers will be able to get a taste of some new tracks which will feature on Ward Thomas’ upcoming album which is due for release in early 2018.
