Record making British country music duo Ward Thomas have tonight announced that they will be releasing a brand new single on Friday, July 6th.
The exciting announcement came as the twin sisters performed on the main stage at the BlackDeer Festival in sun soaked Kent this evening.
During their stellar performance they told the capacity crowd that the will be releasing their new single titled ‘Lie Like Me’ on July 6th. The new track which focuses on the pit falls we can sometimes fall into while using social media is the first taste of their upcoming third studio album which is due for release later this year.
The new LP has been recorded by Ward Thomas over the course of the past twelve months and follows the success of their 2014 debut ‘From Where We Stand’ and their history making 2016 number 1 ‘Cartwheels’.
‘Lie Like Me’ is also the first official release from the girls since they released their stunning covers EP ‘A Shorter Story’ back last year.
