Last year Pop superstar Nick Jonas and Country legend Shania Twain delighted fans across the world when they teamed up for ultimate festive release; ‘Say All You Want For Christmas’. The yuletide track become a global hit and an instant classic that will be on constant rotation throughout December.
The track came about after Shania Twain invited lifelong fan Nick Jonas to perform her worldwide hit single ‘Party For Two’ with her at Stagecoach Festival and the pair instantly clicked and soon got to work in the recording studio. But while the Christmas track was created and shared the pair have yet to release a music video for the single.
Back in 2011 you may remember that Mariah Carey enlisted the help of Justin Bieber to release a revamped version of her Christmas his ‘All I Wan’t For Christmas Is You’ and these two worked together on a music video ensuring fans got a whole new version of the festive classic. So it seems only right that Twain and Jonas should create a music video for their original Christmas hit.
And yes we know that both Shania and Nick are extremely busy at the moment as the Canadian Country legend is currently touring the world in support of her 2017 number 1 album ‘NOW’, while Nick is gearing up for his wedding to Priyanka Chopra next month but here’s hoping that they can somehow make a gap in their hectic schedules to film a little something in support of ‘Say All You Want For Christmas’, or maybe Jonas could join Twain on stage at one of her December tour dates and perform the track live for the very first time?
But regardless if we ever get an official music video and or live performance, ‘Say All You Want For Christmas’ will be on repeat at CelebMix HQ throughout December!
