One Direction is once again working with Prizeo. After a few successful campaigns with them, they have launched yet another.
If you’re unaware of what Prizeo is, Prizeo is a company that sets up different campaigns with different celebrities. These campaigns are created to raise funds for the charity the celebrity chooses. To encourage people to donate, a grand prize is set. These grand prizes usually involve meeting the celebrity in some way. Every time you donate, you get entries into the contest. Depending on how much you give, you can also get some really cool items selected by the celebrity. This can range from a t-shirt to a signed and personalized item directly from them.
One Direction’s past campaigns have supported The Eden Dora Trust, Stand Up 2 Cancer UK, Trekstock, as well as Believe in Magic. While the prize involves all of the band, Louis ran the ones for The Eden Dora Trust and Believe in Magic, while Liam ran the one for Trekstock. The grand prize for all of them involved a trip down to one of the band’s shows, giving the winner tickets as well as a meet and greet.
One Direction’s current campaign is also run by Louis, who is collecting funds again for Believe in Magic, a charity he’s highly involved in. It’ll be open for the next thirteen days, and you can donate here. All the possible items up for grabs are listed there, such as the t-shirt and hoodie offered. The grand prize this time is a trip over to London to meet the guys.
