X Factor act The First Kings have made it clear that they are not part of a fix however, there were some off camera dealings. Eagle eyed fans spotted something odd about their performance.
The group performed in front of Judges Simon Cowell, Rita Ora, Nick Grimshaw and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini. The act did very well and received positive feedback from the judges. Still there were some concerning tweets after their act, stating that the performance may not have been done on the spot. During the act one member threw his hoody into the crowd and by the end of the song his hoody was back around his waist.
Group member Cardan revealed the truth saying: ‘It wasn’t a fix. Basically we did our audition on one day and then they didn’t realise that we had dancers and stuff so they asked us to come back again. That is literally it. There was no fix or conspiracy.’
Fellow member Josh also cleared up controversy that the band had been scouted. He explained that they had already got threw on day one and were asked to come back and perform in front of the cameras. Everybody in the audience was informed so it was far from a secret in the X Factor arena.
