You Me At Six announced via Twitter that they are performing at this year’s BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend.
The news comes following their final tour date at Alexandra Palace, London, for their latest album Night People, released January 2017.
This year, the BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend festival takes place in Hull on the 27-28th May.
Unfortunately, tickets have all been allocated, so if you didn’t get the chance to grab a ticket, there’s always next year!
The BBC Radio 1 Twitter announced the full lineup, including headline performances from Katy Perry and Kings Of Leon on the Saturday and Sunday respectively.
When questioned why You Me At Six were so far down the bill, the BBC Radio 1 Twitter replied:
So you can rest assured that You Me At Six won’t be opening the “Where It Begins Stage“.
