Another week, another YouTuber that we have been loving. After awarding this to Mr Caspar Lee last week, we’ve decided that this time we are crowning Velvetgh0st, also known as Gabriella Lindley, as our YouTuber of the Week!
Velvetgh0st started her YouTube channel back in 2013 with her content including makeup and lifestyle videos. Her channel has lead to her being the creator of an extremely successful Primark homeware and stationary range and as her channel has grown over the years, so has her confidence and we are thrilled.
Why You Should Watch Gabbie
As well as producing the ‘stereotypical’ lifestyle and beauty videos, Gabbie often gets very personal and keeps her content extremely honest. Recently, Gabbie has opened up about her bullying experiences due to her weight. Many of her subscribers admire how honest she is and will only produce the content that she is happy with, rather than what is the current craze on YouTube.
On her vlogging channel PlanetGabb, she often shows the reality of being a YouTuber. She often confesses how intense it can be due to the the expectations placed on vloggers and how much time needs to be spent on creating content.

This is a must for any PLL fan! Since Velvetgh0st is a self-confessed Pretty Little Liars fan, it only made sense for her to create four gorgeous makeup looks for the girls. We are obsessed!

Everyone loves a good old collab on YouTube, however when Zoe and Gabbie do it you are guaranteed to grin from ear to ear the whole time. The girls bounce off each other and are always hilarious together, so if you want a light-hearted video, this is for you.
My Sexuality Vlog
Okay, technically we are cheating because this was uploaded on her vlogging channel, but this needed to be added! After revealing in her comment section that she was bisexual, Gabbie explained how and when she knew her sexuality. She also explained that she didn’t feel that she needed a ‘coming out’ video as it’s not a huge deal. Go Gabs!
My Weight Loss Surgery
After ensuring years of tourment in school and keeping this part of her life private for many years, earlier this year Gabbie stripped back and revealed the truth about her weight loss surgery journey in full detail. We’ve included this video as it shows her at her most inspirational for her audience.
