Zac Efron has treated one of his loyal fans to a new mobile phone.
Just when we thought Zac Efron couldn’t get any better, the Hollywood hunk has showed us all how kind he is.
While filming for the new Baywatch movie, the High School Musical star was chased by a die-hard fan wanting a snapchat with Zac, and when he finally caught up with the actor he accidentally smashed his phone.
But instead of driving off and leaving the man without a memento, the kind star took a selfie with him and offered to buy the guy a new phone.
Zac Efron posted a photo of him and the fan on Instagram with the caption: “This is what I love about my fans – when they get excited, but @dopekid_23 actually smashed his phone while chasing me for a snapchat – that’s dedication so I’ma hook you up with a new phone my brother! To all my fans out there holdin it down – love and respect. And be careful with your phones” (sic). Aww isn’t he just the sweetest?
The fan who is called Ahmed has confirmed that Zac has honured his word and has replaced his phone with a brand new one, writing on Instagram appreciative Ahmed wrote: “I couldn’t believe it when someone from the set came to where the crowd was standing told me to come with him. What a fucking honor bro, you stuck to you’re words and got me a brand new phone @zacefron you truly are inspiring to ur fans. Very appreciative indeed thank you man & tell you’re best friend I said thank you too.” (sic).
The new phone has reportedly set Zac Efron back $1k.
