The new Fifty Shades Darker trailer dropped earlier this week and the 2-minute look into the film paints a mysterious and sexy story. This film will give fans a deeper look into Christian Grey’s history and also about what made him the man that he is and how he’s affected by Anastasia Steele. Fifty Shades Darker will premiere in February of 2017 but today, we got a peek into the soundtrack of the film in the form of a duet between Taylor Swift and Zayn.

Yep, you read that right. The pair came together on a track called ‘I Don’t Wanna Live Forever’ and fans were a bit shocked at the collaboration. Actually, fans were a lot shocked, but the entire year of 2016 has been one big surprise after another. So it sort of makes sense that December would bring more jaw-dropping moments, like this one.
The track is slow and sultry; as to be expected for a film like Fifty Shades Darker and their voices carry a longing emotion which fits the arc of the storyline. The lyrics themselves tell the age-old tale of wanting someone you know you shouldn’t want.
