After a long, long wait, and weeks of cryptic messages, ZAYN has finally released a new single titled ‘Let Me’.
In addition to the new track, ZAYN has also released an accompanying music video, which returns to the action-movie universe from his 2017 collaboration with Sia ‘Dusk Till Dawn’.
ZAYN himself creatively developed the music video for ‘Let Me’ alongside director and producer Jose Padilha (Narcos, Robocop). In addition to this, it co-stars actor Steven Bauer (“Scarface,” “Breaking Bad”) and model Sofia Jamora.
In an interview with BBC, the singer talked about his new music and what it will entail, saying: “I’m excited to see what people think of it. I think my confidence has grown in the last year and a half. It’s a bit different to my last record in terms of, it’s matured.”
In the interview, ZAYN also stated that he wouldn’t reveal what ‘Let Me’ is about, saying: “It’s not always the wisest thing to do, it just complicates things so I have tended not to do that anymore, I just keep it to myself.”
