Anne-Marie Says Ciao Adios To Her Ex On New Release

    Anne-Marie has done it again!

After having a highly successful 2016, partly thanks to her smash hit “Alarm” and partly due to her feature on Clean Bandit’s international number one single “Rockabye”, the UK-based singer today decided to grace us with new music.

The brand new single is titled “Ciao Adios” and is catchy to the max. Co-written by Anne-Marie herself and produced by MdL, aka the producer that also brought you Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean”, and Tom Meredith, aka the man that worked with One Direction on their debut album, this song is set to become your new feel-good tune.

“Ciao Adios” is basically a whole break-up letter. In it, Anne-Marie tells her boyfriend that she knows about the affair he is having. She found out that she is no longer his number one. It is therefore time for her to say “ciao adios, I’m done”.

You may expect a break-up anthem based on the content of the song but…It is actually not. “Ciao Adios” is, similar to her previous anthem “Alarm”, a catchy, feel-good tune that will leave you screaming “Ciao adios I’m done” at the top of your lungs even though you may not feel like that at all. It is empowering and it will be stuck in your head for the next couple of days and weeks.

If you want to, you can listen to the song for yourself. We included a Spotify link down below.

“Ciao Adios” is Anne-Marie’s first solo song since the release of “Alarm” in May 2016. It arrives as the latest single to be taken from her upcoming debut studio album. Her label, Warner Music, has today announced in a press release that she is working with music icons such as Steve Mac (the writer behind hits such as “Rockabye” and “Shape of You”), Rudimental, Fraser T Smith (“Set Fire To the Rain”) and Wayne Hector (“Best Song Ever”, “Steal My Girl”, “Starships”). We can therefore expect a lot more hits like the ones we have heard so far! No release date has been announced yet though.

“Ciao Adios” is available worldwide starting today. You can either download it or stream it on the digital retailer of your choice.
