Watch: David Mark Bulley’s Video for ‘Lions’

David Mark Bulley

A few months ago, we introduced you to singer-songwriter David Mark Bulley, who had just released his debut single ‘Lions’.

Since then, David has been busy touring the UK and Poland, as well as working on his debut album so never got round to making a music video for his single. However, after filming footage from his recent slot on the Young Stars Tour in Poland, David has finally given ‘Lions’ the video it deserves. He has worked hard to put together clips from both on and off stage, into this fun loving video which also carries an empowering message.

The video begins with:

“Take charge of your pride….Show the world what you’re made of.”

The song is very upbeat and carries such a positive message. We have the ability to do whatever we want to do and to be who we want to be. Lions are symbols of strength and courage, and we too can be lions as we also have those qualities inside of us.

David took to Twitter earlier to share the inspiration behind the song and video.

You can check out the video for ‘Lions’ below!

David will continue to spend the next few months working on his debut album, however, you will still be able to catch him live.

He will be performing in Paris on the 18th of June, at View My Gig live, alongside Luke Friend and Chris Leonard. He will also be returning to Warsaw, Poland on the 28 of August for the Young Stars Festival.

Whilst David will be doing some support slots in the UK, he will also be embarking on his own headline tour in September! Catch him at the following venues:

8th September – Studio 2, Liverpool – tickets

9th September – Cellar Door, Birmingham – tickets

11th September – The Garage, London – tickets

It’s great to see a singer like David use his music to spread positivity. If you’ve ever been made to feel weak, useless or a failure, take a listen to ‘Lions’. It’s always good to be reminded that we are actually strong and have the courage to pursue any dream.
