Connor Ball, one quarter of The Vamps, has kick started his brand new YouTube channel by treating fans to a cover of ‘Avalanche’ by Bring Me The Horizon.

Yesterday, the band’s bassist teased fans that he was going to be doing something a ‘lil bit different’. Then earlier on today, he revealed his new YouTube channel via Twitter. Fear not, he isn’t about to go solo – Connor confirmed that his channel is purely a fun side project and a way for him to relax when he’s not busy with The Vamps’ hectic schedule!

So… I started a new YouTube channel and have my first video!! :) this is just a bit of fun on the side of all the things I do with (C)

The Vamps. We’re so busy most of the time with the things we do so it's nice to come home, chill and do something a lil different!

Connor’s first upload is a cover of ‘Avalanche’, which has already sparked huge excitement among the fanbase. Armed with a guitar and his strong vocals, he’s definitely managed to put his own spin on the song. His voice is so underrated and it’s fantastic to be able to hear more of it!

At the end of the video, Connor thanked fans for watching the video and explained that his channel will feature more songs and videos like this one. He even teased some cool collabs in the near future which we’re super excited about!

Make sure you check out Connor’s channel, give the video a thumbs up and subscribe.
