This morning, the 1975 made some fans very happy. They announced that they were adding some additional tour dates to their U.S. tour. The band added extra days at venues as well as completely new cities, such as Santa Barbara, California or Houston, Texas. Check out the full list of cities on their North American tour this spring below.
In addition to the extra tour date announcement, the band also recently announced they will debuting another song from their new album. The song is entitled “The Sound” and will premiere on Thursday January 14th on BBC Radio 1 at 7:30 PM GMT. The band is posting a new picture on Twitter every day, counting down the days until the song premieres on air. They have played “The Sound” on their recent U.K. and North American tour, but this will give fans the first opportunity to hear the recorded version. We’re really loving the direction they’re taking with the new album and hope this new song will be just as good as the rest.
