While promoting their upcoming album; “I Love It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware of It”, which is set to release February 26th, The 1975 stopped by the Radio One Live Lounge to talk and play some songs. They may not be the biggest fans of One Direction, but they definitely love the Biebs. The band surprised us by deciding to do their own cover of Justin Bieber’s hit, ‘Sorry’.

Below we linked their performance at the live lounge. The band put their own twist on the song by adding a heavy sense of funk to it and their distinct synths of beats and guitar riffs that the band is known for doing with their songs. Matty also killed it in the vocals! We never thought Justin’s song was missing anything but now we know, it needed saxophones.

What did you think of their cover? Let us know below or tweet us at @CelebMix!
