Niall Horan: singer, songwriter, guitarist and golf player, he first got successful as a member of One Direction but is now working on his career as a solo artist as well. Over multiple years of touring, making music and meeting fans, we’ve come to know that he is very talented but still one of the most down-to-earth stars out there. There is so much to love about Niall, yet we have managed to find the five qualities about him that we like the most.
1. He is charitable.
One of our favourite things about Niall is his support for charities. In the past he has worked for charities like Trekstock, Make a Wish Foundation and Comic Relief with his bandmates, yet he also does a lot of individual charity work. He has designed a t-shirt to raise money for Irish Autism Action and he organized a golfing event to raise awareness with golfer Justin Rose. Later on, he donated one of his beloved guitars for a Trekstock auction. He also took part in Celebrity Gogglebox for Cancer Research UK, alongside Olly Murs.
2. He is everyone’s number one fan (including One Direction).
Niall is a big fan of a variety of bands, singers and sports teams. He often attends concerts and when he has some spare time he will be watching sports on the tv. Regularly, he enjoys playing golf with his friends whom he supports happily. 5 Seconds of Summer for example, by attending gigs and promoting them. During the Take Me Home and Where We Are era it often seemed like he was their long lost fifth member. Other people he supports include Derby County football team, Shawn Mendes and Ellie Goulding, who are both friends of his. When it comes to his own band he is /very/ enthusiastic about what they do, as well.

3. He is perfectly unproblematic (we wish our wardrobe looked like that).
As we all know, Niall is a well-dressed man. He looks great, has an amazing voice and also happens to be great at playing the guitar. He seems to know exactly what to do to keep us fans happy, which he proved when dropping This Town. Something about him is very soothing and relaxing, since he is very open and seems happy most of the time. We can’t wait for all the songs that are yet to come. Oh, and he functions as his own update account, which is a plus.
4. His cuteness.
Even Liam would agree with us on this one. Niall laughs a lot, dances (especially when ‘Act My Age’ is on) and just doesn’t take himself too seriously. His enthusiasm never fails to make us smile. He is up for everything and he used to probably be the most frequent victim of Louis and Liam’s banter on stage (when they weren’t currently throwing water at each other). Niall’s playful, fun personality makes him very likeable.
5. His contagious laugh.
