It’s no secret that 5 Seconds of Summer love Vegemite. June 16 is National Vegemite Day and 5SOS have gone back home to help celebrate.
5SOS posted a video to their Twitter telling everyone they are going home and that they have teamed up with the brand.

Hit 30 (formerly known as Shazam Top 20) has also posted a video to their Facebook page. They are running a contest for Australian fans to meet 5SOS which is called “The 5SOS MITEY Word Hunt.” This contest will be on air so you do have to listen to the radio station to enter. You must listen to the station to put together a sentence that will come in different parts. When you put the parts together, you can go to the website and enter for your chance to win a 5SOS meet and Greet.
Throughout all of the promo, the word MITEY has been used. It might be key to helping fans go to the exclusive Vegemite event in Melbourne and winning 5SOS meet and greets.
