As well as playing the lead in The Walking Dead, Lincoln has appeared in other TV shows and films, including Channel 4’s sitcom Teachers and the romantic comedy film Love Actually. He’s also done voice-overs for documentaries and adverts, including Adidas, Classic FM and the BBC. Andrew directed two episodes of the third season of Teachers, leading him to be nominated for a BAFTA for Best New Director (Fiction) in 2004. Lincoln won the 2014 People’s Choice Award for Favourite TV Anti-Hero. He’s also won the 2015 Saturn Award for Best Actor on Television. Both of these awards were for his role in The Walking Dead.
