Despite not being an avid user of social media, global superstar Adele is no stranger to showering her favourites with love on Instagram. From Dolly Parton to Celine Dion, the vocal powerhouse has paid tribute to many of her female icons on the platform.
This time, it’s the turn of one of her all time idols, Beyoncé. Last night, the singer became the first female of colour to headline Coachella, and not one to miss out on the iconic festival, Adele decided to tune in via a stream from the comfort of her own home. With Beyoncé putting on a stellar two hour set, it seems that Adele lost her chill just like the rest of us.

It’s no secret that Adele is a massive fan of Beyoncé’s. During the 2017 Grammy Awards, Adele dedicated her Album of the Year award to Bey’s Lemonade, stating: “I can’t possibly accept this award and I’m very humbled and I’m very grateful and gracious but my artist of my life is Beyoncé and this album to me, this Lemonade album, was just so monumental…and so well thought out and so beautiful and soul-bearing and we all got to see another side to you that you don’t always get to see, and we appreciate that.”
