It’s been a bit of a wait for Alexandra Stan’s fans, named Saxobeats, for new music, but the year or so wait has certainly been worth it with the release of her brand new single “I Think I Love It”. This new song is her official first release of 2019 and follows up the release of her fourth studio album, Mami, that was dropped in August 2018, as well as her collaboration with Kopo and Drei Ros on the single “Stay“.
Alexandra Stan hit it worldwide with her single “Mr Saxobeat”; since then, this Romanian superstar has been continuing her career by releasing awesome songs and collaborating with some big names including INNA, Daddy Yankee, Antonia, Mohombi, and Manuel Riva. She’s definitely someone to keep watching, especially since she’s already been a global success, and with her dedication and incredible vocals, she will surely do it again. She’s been living in Los Angeles for the past year, whilst working on new music. Her recent release, “I Think I Love It”, starts a whole new era for this musician and sees her sign a new record deal with Universal Music Romania and MediaPro Music.
The new single has been written by Ioachim Petre, Krishane, Radu Bolfea, Stanga Adelina, and Vlad Lucan, whilst Vlad Lucan and Radu Bolfea produced the track. The song is a reggae-inspired pop number that still has dance vibes flowing throughout. This is the Alexandra Stan we’ve loved from the past, remixed and refreshed whilst still being very current. This is going to be another favourite track amongst her Saxobeats.
It all starts with a producer hook that sounds incredible and really sets the tone of this awesome reggae-pop sound. It reduces the pace slightly when Alexandra Stan jumps in with her first verse sounding as beautiful as ever. The pre-chorus builds the song up and the chorus is pure fire in every way. Alexandra Stan will have you singing along to the song in no time. The lyrics paint a picture of being in love and the good and happy feelings that come with that.
